2 Year Warranty

Our Fantique fans are covered by a 2-year warranty regarding possible malfunctioning of any electrical and mechanical parts.

In the event of failures due to Fantique, clients may contact the company by phone at the following numbers: +39 06 68802417 or + 39 337 733077 or write an e-mail to the following addresses: fantique@fantique.it  or casablanca@casablanca.it.

If the problem persists, the customer will ship the fan for repair, at his own expense (the fan will have to be carefully wrapped and complete with blades) .

After the repair, Casablanca s.r.l. will return the fan, at its own expense, to the customer. The warranty does not cover failures due to improper use of the fan.
Among the improper uses we mention (but not limited to) outdoor installment, if exposed to weather conditions.
